We have been in the auction business for 28 plus years conducting auctions on Friday and Saturday nights with average attendance of 150-200 buyers. We retired from the weekly auctions and now do only estate and some other special sales. We do
estate, estate reduction, moving, farm equipment, autos, local government, antiques, and collectibles auctions. We inventory, tag and catalog items prior to the auction and properly display them on auction day. Auction Flex auction clerking system (computerized) to speed up registration, clerking and check out is used. We accept personal and company checks with prior approval. Most payments are made with cash.
We DO NOT charge a "Buyer's Fee", "Buyer's Premium", or "Surcharge" at any of our sales. Call us if we can assist you in any way.

We have contracted with the Personal Representative of the estate of the late Jaunita C Young(Lenora Cathey PR )to sell the contents of the home at public auction to the high bidder. Auction will be conducted on 31 October 2009 beginning at 9:30 AM SHARP. Auction will be conducted from the home at 569 Piney Mountaun Road, Greenville SC. Directions: From Easley take US 123 to Greenville Pickens Speedway and turn onto SC 124
.. Follow 124 to White Horse Road and cross White Horse onto US 253. Stay on 253 to CherryDale Shopping Center and then stay on same road (go toward State Park. Follow 253 past the Pepsi business and go to 2nd red light. Turn right on Piney Mtn Rd and auction will be at 3rd house on right. Signs will be posted. This auction will take all day so bring a chair and get some great buys. Flea market dealers and yard sale pros are welcome . There is plenty of box lots for everyone.
